Dynamic Hotel

The Dynamic Group decided to have in this iconic landmark a “Wellness Experience” instead of a “hotel”. Indeed, it will no longer be a “hotel” but a new product in line with today’s life.

Dynamic Villa

Luxury penthouse villas, over 1000 sqmt(11000 sqft), are completely tailor-made to fulfil individual buyers' personal needs and wants and include all selected finishes from floor to ceiling, including bathrooms, kitchens, lighting and even furniture. The luxury Italian marble bathrooms will be preassembled at the Leonardo da Vinci factory in Italy, part of the Dynamic Group, to include a sauna, Turkish bath, and will be further enhanced by the pleasures of colour and sound therapy.
